Rhythms is a 5 phase 34-week collaborative discipleship program through Everwell Church.

Rhythms groups are made up of three or four people of your choosing.

Stay Connected

The key ingredients in a group honesty and vulnerability. Willing to pray for one another, along with a shared desire to contend and grow in Jesus

Ask and Be Committed

Asking someone to be in a group with you can be intimidating. Be bold in stepping out and asking, and be persistent. It can take time to find people who live close enough and have similar weekly schedules.

Rhythms Group Structure

Try to connect once a week or meet together in person once a month.
Check in and pray [10 mins]
-Pray as you start, invite the Holy Spirit to guide your time together. - How has your past week been – highs and lows? - Where have you seen God at work - stories?
Talk [35 mins]
-Work through the questions provided in each section. - Don’t feel you have to cover every question, linger on the ones that the Holy Spirit highlights. - Be as honest and as open as you can.
Pray [15 mins]
- Finish your time together by praying for each other. - Surrender any areas you feel led to. - Invite God to speak. - Share with each other what you think God might be saying.
